1:Can you offer sample?
Yes, normally we offer free sample for most of items but the buyer should pay the freight.
If you have special requirements on the sample ,which need to be customized ,you will be required to pay sample production cost ,the charges can be returned when there is a firm order.
2:Do you offer the design support for private label business?
Yes, we have graphic designer who can work with you for free modifications, but we need to charge for design.
3: I am a designer,can you produce the item by my design?
All of our items are made to order ,we also do customers' own designs .
And you will need to provide us the detailed design files
4:Can we print our logo on the products?
Surely, you can. Besides logo printing, OEM/ODM orders are all welcomed.
5:What is the regular MOQ for your product?
paint: 3000pcs for each color; Diy toys: 5000sets each item.
For those regular items which we have in stock, the quantity could be less.
6:Do you accept small quantity order?
It depends .If the products you like are in stock ,we can accept small order .
We usually sell our products by carton quantity,some times there are troubles to make certain small orders.
If you have special requirements on the goods ,the quantity should reach our MOQ.
7:What's the lead time/delivery time?
Normally need 30-40 days production depends on products.
8:What's the payment term?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance when the goods are ready for shipping.
9:What kind of transportation way can you provided?
By sea ,by air ,by express DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS/SF.
10:What's the shipping port?
Normally port of Ningbo or Shanghai.
